Ponte do Rol is a motocross track located in Ponte do Rol, Lisboa (Portugal).
The track that is 1100 meters long is built on hard terrain with sand zones. A layout featuring 16 jumps:

- x1 step up
- x1 roller
The track hosted races from the Troféu MX Sintra.
It is usual to find between the local riders Ricardo Ayres.
